ONLINE BILLING SERVICES TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO SYSTEM UPGRADING EXERCISE


Dear Valued Customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform that we will be performing a system upgrading exercise from 6:00 pm on 20 April 2012 until 6:00 am on 21 April 2012. As a result, customers will not be able to check their bills or make online bill payments via our TM Online (http://www.tmonline.com.my), UniFi Customer Portal (https://occ.unifi.my) and MyTM (https://mytm.tm.com.my) portals during the period. However, other TM services will not be affected during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
